User ID Change For The Work Number Site

Montefiore uses The Work Number to provide automated employment and income verification services. The Work Number is a fast and secure way to provide proof of employment or income to anyone you authorize. Effective Friday, November 20, 2015, the User ID to The Work Number site will no longer be your Social Security Number; it will be your EZID.

Go to The Work Number site. Here you can find more information about these services and instructions for logging in, including an on-line tutorial. You will be prompted to enter the following information:

Montefiore’s Employer Code: 13663
User ID: Your 6-digit EZID
Personal Identification Number (PIN): Your Date of Birth in MM/DD/YYYY format

The Work Number Client Service Center is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST at 800.367.2884. For TTY–hearing impaired call 800.424.0253.
